Happy New Year Panksters. Time to rise and shine. The sap is rising and life returning to the cold and barren dancescape. Hanky Panky will be putting up its first shoots of the year on Saturday the 27^th March at the Phorpres Club. This Generate will mark the dawn of the final year of our journey towards the new millennium. A year in which we will most definitely be partying ‘like its 1999’.

The winter may have been cold and barren for decent dancefloor action but there has been a hive of activity in Hanky Panky’s neck of the woods. General maintenance work on amps and leads, work on the venue, creating our new website, purchasing lots of new tunes and making new décor has been going on apace. Our hopes for the year ahead are high. We look forward to building and expanding upon the growth we’ve gone through in the last two and a half years. The plan at this stage is to be putting Generate’s on roughly every six weeks right up to New Year’s Eve.
